On December 12, 2021, we will perform service-wide maintenance on the Web Isolation Service for Web Security Service customers connecting via our global data centers. As a part of our continuous efforts to improve the quality and reliability of Symantec’s Web Isolation platform, we will be performing some infrastructure changes.

The maintenance event will start at 12:00 UTC and continue until 20:00 UTC.

Only Web Security Service customers who use the Web Isolation add-on will be impacted. During the maintenance windows, isolated sessions should expect service disruption for an expected period of 30 minutes and no longer than 90 minutes. Some web applications may require users to reauthenticate during or following the maintenance window. No admin intervention or configuration change is required.
