The Middlesex (GGBLO1) WSS site will undergo maintenance beginning on March 18, 2021, at 21:00 UTC lasting for a duration of up to 6 hours.
No IP address changes will occur with this maintenance.
No disruption of service should occur during this maintenance.
Impact During this maintenance event all services will remain operational and available. The following describes what happens to connected clients, depending on access method used:
Explicit proxy / Unified Agent / WSS Agent / SEP Agent / Proxy Forwarding: The service automatically redirects connections to active data pods within the same data center or geographic location. This is for information only, and the customer does not need to take any action.
IPSec: A short fail-over delay may occur as the load balancer directs traffic to another active data pod within the data center. This is for information only, and the customer does not need to take any action.
Symantec maintains standing maintenance windows on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays beginning at 18:00 (21:00 for Japan; 19:00 for India) and ending at 06:00, and all day on Saturdays. All times are local data center time. Maintenance conducted during these times is very low impact and therefore, no customer action or preparation is required.
