Symantec, a division of Broadcom, will be performing planned maintenance on the Cloud Portal. Maintenance will start on July 6, 2020, at 16:00 UTC, and is expected to last up to 2 hours.

During the maintenance period, administrators may need to re-authenticate to the Cloud Portal. Customers that have set up a Management Center scheduled/automated job to update their UPE policy will need to be aware the connection will be terminated and re-established. In addition, customers may experience a brief outage where a log download request could timeout and a re-request may be necessary. All other aspects of our services are expected to function as normal.
