The underlying issue affecting enrollment of new mobile devices and activating/deactivating CASB gateway controls has been addressed. Full functionality has been restored and this incident is resolved.

Following the WSS Portal migration, the following two functionalities are currently unavailable:
• Enrollment of new mobile devices • Activating/Deactivating CASB gateway controls
Our Engineering team is investigating a resolution. We will provide additional updates as new information becomes available.

This incident affected: Global Services (Mobile Device Enrollment Service, CASB Gateway Interconnect).
Symantec maintains standing maintenance windows on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays beginning at 18:00 (21:00 for Japan) and ending at 06:00, and all day on Saturdays. All times are local data center time. Maintenance conducted during these times is very low impact and therefore, no customer action or preparation is required.
