Symantec, a division of Broadcom, is performing maintenance on WSS Agent infrastructure starting on September 18, 2020, at 21:00 UTC for a duration of 46 hours.
Impact During the maintenance period, the WSS Agent installer download may be unavailable. Any existing installers that have been prepared prior to the start of the maintenance will continue to be available for download however new requests will time-out or result in an error message. Installers that have already been downloaded will continue to function, and installation can be performed during the outage period. Customers who require access to the WSS Agent installer during the outage period should download it prior to September 18, 2020.
All other aspects of our services are expected to function as normal.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Portal & Reporting (Software Download Licensing).
Symantec maintains standing maintenance windows on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays beginning at 18:00 (21:00 for Japan) and ending at 06:00, and all day on Saturdays. All times are local data center time. Maintenance conducted during these times is very low impact and therefore, no customer action or preparation is required.
