On Monday, March 29 2021 we will perform service-wide maintenance on the Web Isolation Service for Web Security Service customers connecting via our Americas data centers. The maintenance event will start at 06:00 UTC and continue until 11:00 UTC.

Impact
Only Web Security Service customers who use the Web Isolation add-on will be impacted. Web Isolation customers should expect minor service disruption during the maintenance window. Some web applications may require users to reauthenticate during or following the maintenance window.
