Symantec, a division of Broadcom, will be performing maintenance in the Madrid (GESMA1) data center. This maintenance will begin on April 28, 2021, at 16:00 UTC and last for a duration of 12 hours.

Impact
During this maintenance event all services will remain operational and available. The following describes what happens to connected clients, depending on access method used:

• WSS Agent, Unified Agent: User traffic will be automatically redirected by the service to the nearest alternate site during the maintenance window. This is for information only, no action is needed.
• All other access methods (IPSec, Explicit proxy, Proxy Forwarding): No impact to WSS traffic is expected during the maintenance window. This is for information only, no action is needed.
