During this maintenance event all services will remain operational and available.

The following describes what happens to connected clients, depending on access method used:

• Unified Agent / WSS Agent: The service will automatically redirect connections to alternate infrastructure during the maintenance window. No customer action is required.
• Explicit proxy / Proxy Forwarding / IPSec: No impact
